This page explains how this version of the Jaspr Labs website handles information. Dataset engagements are governed by separate agreements.
Browsing This Website
The website does not add analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. Fonts and visual assets are served with the site. The hosting provider may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the website.
Theme Preference
The sun and moon control switches between dark and light mode. We store only your chosen theme in this browser’s local storage so it stays consistent when you change pages or return. It is not sent to us. Clearing site data removes the preference.
Enquiry Briefs
When you select Send enquiry, the website sends your name, organization, email, selected enquiry type, and the brief details you enter to our server. We store the enquiry and its submission reference so Jerreen can review and respond. Submission metadata, including a request identifier and timestamps, helps prevent duplicate submissions and abuse. A received confirmation means the enquiry was saved; it does not mean it has been read or that a project has been accepted.
Please share only a description of the opportunity. Do not submit sensitive records, patient details, personal identifiers about other people, or confidential source files. There is no file-upload feature. Initial enquiries are accessible to Jerreen through a restricted administration area and may be processed by our hosting and storage providers to operate this service.
We use enquiry information to assess and respond to your request and manage the resulting conversation. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email Jerreen using the contact details below. Briefs are not saved to this browser’s local storage.
Private Owner Access
The private enquiry area uses a necessary, secure session cookie to keep Jerreen signed in. It is used for authentication, not advertising or visitor tracking.
Calls Through Calendly
Booking links open Calendly in a separate tab. Calendly may collect booking details and process information under its own privacy terms. We do not load a Calendly embed while you browse this website.
Email Conversations
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to share and use it to respond and discuss the enquiry. Please do not include patient records, personal identifiers, confidential source files, or other sensitive datasets in an initial message.
Data Preparation And Licensing
Website enquiries do not grant a data licence or authorize processing of underlying records. Processing roles, legal grounds, security requirements, retention, cross-border handling, permitted uses, and deletion are assessed and documented for each engagement.
